  Pretty terrible experience with the in-store as well as the customer care service staff. I purchased a Skin care cream which is unsuitable for my age. The cream says “multi glow” on the packaging, I went home and opened to be able to read e instructions ofof how to use and how much quantity should I take, and while reading the fine print I read that the product is suitable for women over 60 years of age. When I requested a return the team at the store refused, due to the product being opened.
  
  My complaint is that why would the selling consultant not mention that this product is for 60 and above age? I clearly mentioned that I’m buying it for myself and all that consultant kept on saying that your skin is very dry. So when we clearly discussed that I’m looking to buy it for myself, why wouldn’t they mention the age group it is suitable for? They don’t need to ask for every customer’s age but they should definitely mention the age range the product is meant for. They clearly sold me an expensive unsuitable product and I have paid the money for nothing. The whole money got wasted as they are not ready to return it. The store manager mentioned that product is opened and we can’t return. However, The same thing applies to me, if the product is unsuitable for me, why should I pay for it? MYER should take the responsibility of their mistake of selling an unsuitable product and accept the return.

  Of all the floors and more than 8 change rooms, only one change room on women's floor is open on a busy Sunday afternoon. And the queue is consistently 10 people plus. From what it appears, there is sufficient staff, but regardless, the current change room doesn't have any staff monitoring it. So what's going on?

  A big and clean Myers store. Lots of customers there when I visited (other Myers feel a bit dead). The service from some of the staff at the toy section was also top service and made a delightful shopping experience which is not always signature of Myers.

  Lots of stores and great restaurants to choose from, however parking can be confusing. There could also be a lot more directories to guide visitors to their desired destination.

  My favourite Myer outlet, good that it’s also the nearest Myer from my place. Always full of stocks. Many times I find pieces here that are out of stock in biggest outlets. Always clean and very friendly staffs. The baby room is very comfortable as well. Myer in general is one stop shop. You come here and get everything for your home or yourself. Right from fashion to skincare to makeup, to luggage to baby items and toys. Home decor to cool wear. I love it and would highly recommend

  wow, the staff wearing red from revlon section with silver hair, can i just say how rude of a person she is, she gave me the worst attitude when i simply just wanted to ask her some questions. myer you have lost me as a customer.

  young lady from shiseido counter was very patient and helpful during my visit today, overall the cosmetic area was very short staffed
