- Maureen Cheung Added July 01, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My mum had issues activating her sim. With no luck over the phone, we were asked to go to a store. David from Macquarie Centre store took forever on the phone with the techs, he said the sim will be activated in a few hours and asked us to go home, but it still wasn't activated. In the end we had to spend another few hours on the phone to customer service to get it fixed.
The store has way too many staff standing around, but no one who can even activate a sim. Not helpful at all.
