We've ordered plenty of cakes in the past over the years that have been fine but on Sunday, my Aunt's birthday cake was stale tasting and we all thought it must have been burnt by accident or something. When I rung on Monday to complain, I was called back by I assume the owner and promptly informed there was nothing they could do in regards to the bad cake. No discount or anything. Keep in mind we spent $43 on this cake!
When I told her that she would be losing a long time customer, her reply was simply 'That's fine' and then she hung up on me!
Terrible customer service. We will not be returning here.
