  **BEWARE**
  
  This store charged me for three services I didn't receive, which they apparently didn't even offer. I was then told it was for a different service entirely, which I also never had, and never want. Some of their staff spoke about the two different services interchangeably, which is a scary OH&S issue, since they don't know what services and technologies they use.
  
  They said they would give me a store credit. I told them I didn't want to use their store, so I was told I would be refunded, which needed to be done by a manager, who was unavailable and would call me back. I wasn't refunded. I wasn't called back.
  
  Six months and countless phone calls and emails later, I'm still being told their manager is "unavailable" and will "call/email back in half an hour/an hour". They never have.
  
  The bank have an open fraud investigation against them, and I've been asked to file a report with the police to have the funds forcibly returned.
